Run by Mrs Soultana Marinitsi and Anastasia, it has double and triple rooms, studios and two spacious two-bedroom apartments, suitable for solo travellers, couples, friends or families with children. All units are air-conditioned, with maid service two to three times a week and free guest parking across the road; since 2009 there is also covered underground parking and a swimming pool. Rates run about 30 to 140 euro depending on unit, season and length of stay. Breakfast is not included but is available across the street at a seaside spot from 8:00 to 10:30. Hans stayed here for five days in May 2011 and loved it: a peaceful spot with almost no passing traffic, waking to the sparrows and the sound of the sea, and very friendly people.
