It lies about 2 to 2.5 km from the Red Beach, 2 km from the Archaeological Site of Akrotiri and 11 km from Fira; Athinios Port is 9 km and the airport 14 km. The air-conditioned units have a seating area and a kitchenette with fridge and hobs, a safe and a flat-screen TV, and some a washing machine, with an a la carte breakfast delivered to your room. Rooms look out to the Caldera at the front and the village of Akrotiri with its castle and churches at the back, with paths down to several small, quiet beaches. It has a large swimming pool with a sun terrace and pool bar and free private parking. Studios and apartments are decorated in Cycladic style with a kitchenette and fridge, and the apartments add a dining area; air conditioning is available at an extra charge.
