I also believe that this island is attractive enough to look around and maybe buy a second house. Thus I spend a lot of time looking at the pages of the agencies that offer real estate on Paros. It is just to get an idea of what is for sale on Paros and in Greece, though I have to ad that thanks to its popularity the prices on Paros island are usually a bit higher that on some of the other islands in the Aegean Sea that surround it, except for Mykonos.
To buy real estate, like a house, a villa or an apartment on Paros is the dream of many lovers of Paros. If you are looking for a second home, a holiday cottage or a piece of land on Paros, than maybe you can find something nice on this page or on the websites of the real estate agents of Paros. On Paros there are traditional houses for sale that have to be restored, but off course also big dreamvillas with a pool and all the other luxuery. Overlooking all aspects the price for a beautiful house on a super location is usually cheaper than the price you pay for an ordinairy house in some other countries. Since Greece is a member of the EU the same rules apply.
You really should take a good look around in Paros. Regularly you will bump into a house with a sign on it saying that it is for sale. Sometimes the owner took some spraypaint and wrote his telephone number on the house to make clear that you can but it. We have seen quite some houses for sale on Paros, especially along the coastline where the houses overlook the island of Antiparos, and a lot of new houses are being build. Paros is by the way one of the more expensive islands to buy a house, because it is so popular.
Our complex of houses is situated on a hillside on the enchanting island of Paros, in picturesque �Aspro Horio� village. It is a complex of 16 summerhouses ranging from 87 sqm. to 125 sqm. in a 1000 sqm. land, within the limits of �Aspro Horio� village. The houses have one level (ground floor) or two levels and verandas with uncut view to the sea. They also have water, power and telephone connections, private gardens in the front and rear of each house, private parking, and amazing view and built to perfection with the finest materials.
� The main frame of each building is made with re-inforced concrete according to the survey, with exterior insulation.
� The ceiling of each living-room is built with wooden beams.
� The exterior walls are 25 cm thick, brick built, with interior insulation.
� The interior walls are 10 cm or 12 cm thick, brick built.
� Both interior and exterior walls have 3 layers of plaster, to achieve the traditional look.
� The rooms are heat and moisture insulated with the appropriate materials, whereas rain water is drained via a slanted surface to exterior plastered gutters.
� All exterior door and window frames are made of wood, insulated with two rows of rubber lining and have double glazing window panes. The shutters are made from water resistant ply-wood.
� Interior doors are wooden ( solid, or pressed) and colored.
� Floors are laid with a variety of materials (e.g. Naxos marble, Paros marble, wood, traditional stones, cement).
� The bathroom interior walls are laid with pressed cement ( traditional) to the height of 2.20 m

� The kitchen cupboards are made of high quality wood, as is the kitchen bench.
� The bedrooms have brick built closets, with a wooden box inside (hidden) and wooden doors.
� All windows are double glazed, soundproofed.
� The living-rooms have traditionaly built fire places.
� The interiors are painted with ecological paint, and the exteriors with highest quality acrylics.
� The houses have single line pipeworks for hot and cold water, to eliminate the possibility of damage.
� Sewage goes to a cenral biological cleaning vat.
� The houses have a 20 cubic meter water tank that collects rain water, and a connection to the local water supply.
� Electrical heating and air-conditioning are supplied, as well a burglar alarm, satellite connection and a phone line.
� The houses are installed with a system of pipes for later connection to central heating.
� All houses have wooden pergolas on the ground floors.
� All exterior floors are paved with traditional stones.
� Exterior landscaping.
� Each house has private parking area.
