Gagou beach is one of the city beaches of the capital Vathi. It is a 200 meters long pebble beach with clear water. Gagou beach is about 700 meters from the harbor and the center of Samos Town (Vathi). On the beach there are umbrellas and sunbeds for rent and there are taverns to have a drink or some food.
Gagou Beach is situated at the east side of the center of Samos Town. As you follow the road along the harbour and come to the place where the ferries sail in, you continue to drive the same direction. The road will get narrower and more quiet. After a while you will see the sign for the exit to Gagou Beach. Here you turn to the left and go back to the coast.
