Perri beach on the island of Samos in Greece
Perri Beach consists of a small pebble beach and a couple of houses, southwest of Skoureika and Pirgos in the Marathokampou Bay. You can reach it over a (partly) dirt track from an exit just before the village of Balos or via the village Koumeika. It is in an area with many small and quiet pebble beaches that are hardly visited by the tourists. When going to these beaches you will get some rewarding views. Never forget to bring your own water and a sunblock. You might not find tavernes and / or shade when you are in this part of Samos. Next to Perri Beach is another small beach, Psili Amos beach (meaning "fine sand").
The beach right in front of the houses is truly a pebble beach with rather large pebbles. It is not very tempting to lie down here. If you walk a little bit back from the beach inland you see a path on the left that leads along the garden of a home (you can also try walking over the beach but at some point a tree is blocking your walk and you have to climb). If you follow this path you end up at a better beach with some sand and a tree for the shade. There was a sign asking you not to swim naked, but since there was nobody here we didn't care.
