Driving in Kefalonia
Kefalonia driving is on the right, like the rest of Greece, and the island roads are narrow and winding rather than fast. The coast road drops to Myrtos beach and the harbour village of Assos, and a longer route crosses the mountains to Fiskardo. A smaller car is the easier choice for tight village streets and steep gradients.
