Driving in Skiathos
Skiathos driving is on the right, like the rest of Greece, and the island roads are narrow and winding rather than fast. The south-coast road strings together the beaches from the town out to Koukounaries and Big Banana, while a rougher track reaches the quieter north. A smaller car is the easier choice for tight village streets and steep gradients.
