The chairs are comfortable, and every drink arrives with a small bowl of nuts. The service is friendly.
Ostria, Patitiri
Ostria is one of the best restaurants in the harbour of Patitiri. The extensive menu covers pastas, fish, shrimp, salads, pizzas and chicken. The Island Beach Bar sits on Leftos Gialos beach, one of the most picturesque beaches on Alonissos. Sunbeds, sofas and comfortable chairs face the sea, and there is a pool that guests may use when they order something. Lounge music plays in the background and the coffee is good. Giannis and his family run the service. The beach is so striking that excursion boats from nearby Skopelos sometimes stop here.
To Fanari, Steni Vala
To Fanari stands in the harbour of Steni Vala on Alonissos. It specialises in seafood, with chicken, souvlaki, moussaka and salads also on the menu.
