Pilalimata is a small traditional village on the southeast of Crete, just north of Makrigialos and Analipsi. It consists of only a few houses and the Agios Dimitrios church, which stands in the center of the village. Pilalimata is nestled in between the olive groves and overlooks the sea and the beach of Lagada. You will drive through Pilalimata on your way from Sitia to Makrigialos in the south of the island.
